At the heart of Premi\u00e8re Peau Nuit \u00c9lastique is jasmine, whose traditional beauty has been deliberately transcended. Indian sambac jasmine and Egyptian grandiflorum jasmine unfold with a dense, indolic richness, then gradually transform into a rubbery or, more accurately, latex-like texture that lends a character that is both floral and industrial. Black olive imparts a salty, meaty aroma, while green olive sharpens the perfume with a bitter, green tension. The latex accord unfolds fully; it does not hide behind the scene but strengthens into the perfume\u2019s defining structure.<\/p>\n
Turkish rose, carnation, red champaca, and Bourbon ylang-ylang deepen the floral mood, which becomes damp and heavy, almost palpable in the air.
