Mendittorosa Asoral (Extrait de Parfum) reverses the direction. The name itself comes from La Rosa \u2014 which means \u201crose\u201d in Italian \u2014 and, when read backward, becomes Asoral. This reversal becomes the perfume\u2019s signature gesture: a shift in perspective, a movement in the opposite direction, and a journey inward to encounter our true selves. Here, the rose as a symbol transforms into something luminous, transparent, and unexpectedly radiant. A flower that almost becomes the fruit of light.<\/p>\n

Asoral explores the rose through a variety of textures. Turkish rose absolute lends richness and depth, while Rosa Lani absolute reveals a much more unique facet. Grown in Moldova and also known as the Crimean rose, Rosa Lani is described as delicate and petal-like. Here, however, it is surprisingly fruity, with notes of licorice, with hints of tea, mango, and even banana, all built upon a soothing hay-like base. Exotic magnolia and Mirallyl bring brightness to the floral composition, while the virtual petals and peony evoke an airy, almost weightless sensation. The vibrant woody notes and liquid musks ultimately lend the fragrance movement and a more sensual, contemporary body.<\/p>\n

Asoral is part of Mendittorosa\u2019s new collection of three fragrances dedicated to Freedom. Not the kind of freedom we simply understand as doing whatever we want, removing limitations, or chasing success. Rather, it is freedom from the subtler forms of slavery created by the search, the struggle, and the striving to be who we believe we must be.
