Description

Epichron Nightchild (Eau de Parfum) is a perfume somewhere between the shadows and the majestic moonlight of the northern hemisphere. It is a moment of silence as dusk descends on the boreal forests, where shadows lengthen and the last golden light gives way to darkness.

Nightchild opens with the sparkle of geranium and chrysanthemum, stirred up by the fresh breath of cypress leaves and the bitter scent of gentian root. At the heart of the perfume, incense takes centre stage: ancient, radiant and full of life. Magical Somalian incense CO₂ is the axis of the composition – citrusy, peppery and resinous – intertwined with smoky labdanum, Nootka spruce and a hint of lavender. This is the sacred smoke of forgotten rituals, rising through the cathedral pines towards the sky, the scent of memories floating in the air.

Epichron Nightchild’s earthy and warm base notes unfold like the forest floor at midnight. Candlewood and cade burn low, glowing like distant fires among the trees. Chinese cedar and patchouli evoke the scent of velvety moss and shadows, while delicate animalic musk floats like a breath in the cold air.

Nightchild is like a dream that seems to hover on the edge of wakefulness. A meditation on frankincense and wood that captures the luminous silence of an untouched world where the aurora glows and time dissolves. A tribute to the darker forces of nature and the souls that walk in the forest after dark.
