Description

OrDioLab White Iris (Extrait de Parfum) is not pale at all contrary to it’s name, but rather a bold, resinous interpretation of iris. It is dark, textured, and rich in emotion.

The opening accord of White Iris is sharp and layered: clove and tarragon penetrate with aromatic spiciness, while lavender and violet leaves lend a cool, greenish glow. The iris here is not creamy or powdery; it unfolds with a root-like, almost mineral, dry elegance that refers to the earth beneath the silk.

As the perfume deepens, the chypre backbone emerges. Bergamot flashes briefly, then sinks into the dense heart of labdanum and patchouli. Castoreum adds a subtle animalic nuance, lending the iris a leathery warmth and unexpected depth.

The essence of the perfume is truly revealed in the base accord of OrDioLab White Iris. Olibanum and burnt incense smolder alongside dark amber, cedarwood, and musk. It creates a resinous, almost meditative aura. Here, the iris is not enveloped in light, but in smoke and balsamic richness.

White Iris is a study in contrasts. Refined yet raw, floral yet shadowy. A bold, unconventional iris that replaces softness with structure and brightness with depth, redefining the possibilities of iris.
