Description

Prin Arsalan (Extrait de Parfum) is a double oud perfume about power and legends, an olfactory tribute to heroism drawn from Persian epics and timeless symbolism. Arsalan embodies courage, determination and quiet majesty, evoking a solitary figure who travels across a sun-scorched landscape at the intersection of myth and reality.

Arsalan’s opening is immediate and commanding. Saffron shines through a tapestry of spices: turmeric, cloves, cinnamon, cumin, and coriander. It creates a dry, radiant warmth that is both regal and elemental. Cardamom and cumin add an aromatic lift, like desert air carrying traces of distant fire and movement.

At the heart of Prin Arsalan, flowers appear not softly, but with refined power. Jasmine and champaca absolutes bloom with golden intensity, their richness softened by creamy gardenia. Olibanum interweaves the heart notes, lending a sacred, resinous calm reminiscent of ancient rituals and whispered prayers.

Arsalan’s base is deep, resinous, and unwavering. Cambodian oud and Thai Trat oud anchor the composition with smoky seriousness, while layers of sandalwood and patchouli add warmth and depth. Opoponax adds balsamic richness, while musk leaves a lasting, animalic trail. Arsalan is bold yet contemplative, a fragrance of courage, tradition and the indomitable spirit of the lion.
