Acampora Relight My Fire Pure Essence is an ultra erotic, woody musk fragrance. It contrasts bitter, fresh and deep notes and alludes to classic perfumery with its floral-aldehyde structure. The rich and rounded opening resembles a memory from the past shamelessly invading the dance floor. Initial notes are captivatingly intense and dark – bursting forth like champagne bubbles amid green bracing notes of galbanum and the freshness of bergamot, coriander and juniper. In the perfume oil’s heart things turn slowly from masculine to feminine through a brilliant and seductive twist, as an array of classic florals intricately interweave with fir balsam. The base is animalic and warm, featuring a dominant peru resinoid note heated up by leather, vanilla and musk.

Acampora Relight my Fire Extrait de Parfum is inspired by the hit single of the same name by Dan Hartman. The 1979 song was a staple at New York’s iconic club, Studio 54, where glamorous celebrities rubbed shoulders with the avant-garde art and intellectual scene. Acampora 54 collection is a perfumed love letter to the same 70s decadence, with its burgeoning disco scene, drugs, alcohol and rampant sex. Studio 54 has personal connections to the brand too, as Acampora founder, Bruna Acampora, was a regular at the club. Known for his elegant style and suave dancing, Bruno was even immortalised in a photo series by Andy Warhol.
