Oneiros Water Moon (Extrait de Parfum) won the Best Perfume Award in the Newcomer category at the 2026 Art and Olfaction Awards!

Water Moon is a modern reinterpretation of musk, inspired by the elusive beauty of moonlight reflected in water. It draws inspiration from the Chinese expression “水中月” (“the moon in the water”): a beauty that we can perceive and long for, yet can never physically possess. Here, this image takes on an olfactory dimension, an invisible presence capable of stirring emotions while remaining elusive.

Oneiros Water Moon opens with cinnamon and saffron engage in an unexpected dialogue with radiant aldehydes. The spices lend a delicate, vibrating edge, while the brightness of the aldehydes evokes light scattering across a dark surface. As the initial sparkle softens, ambrette seed brings a musky sensuality, accompanied by the delicate floral purity of freesia and the powdery effect of orris root. The heart note seems to hover between coolness and the pulsating warmth of the skin. Gradually, musk, amber, and moss gather beneath it, lending a modern warmth and an earthy counterpoint. The magic of the composition lies in these shifting textures: ethereal yet tangible, serene yet sensual.
