Description

Prin Mriga (Extrait de Parfum) lives on the border between myth and wilderness, where twilight descends on the Himalayas and shadows swarm around secrets. Mriga means “deer” in Sanskrit, referring to the elusive Kasturi Mriga, the musk deer, long revered as a symbol of sensuality and mysticism. Although it contains no animal-derived ingredients, the carefully crafted synthetic deer musk accord evokes the deep, velvety aura of the legendary essence. Mysterious, ancient and irresistibly attractive.

Mriga opens with the freshness of lime and the resinous scent of pine balsam and black spruce, evoking the fresh air of mountain forests. The whisper of grass, wormwood and peat anchors the perfume to the damp earth of twilight slopes, while smoky cade and oakmoss add shadow and depth to the scent.

The heart notes of Prin Mriga act as aphrodisiacs. Rose and jasmine absolutes intertwine: radiant, intoxicating, reminiscent of petals blooming in the mystery of the night. Their heady sweetness is tempered by the raw, animalic edge of costus and the leathery richness of labdanum, drawing the wearer even deeper into the dream world.

Mriga is based on a cunning blend of sacred and very long-lasting Indian oud, Australian sandalwood, vetiver and nagarmotha, in the shadow of smoky trees and earthy vibrations. Sensual, meditative and mysterious. Mriga is an olfactory invitation to the twilight zone of the Himalayas, where nature, desire and myths unite in an eerily beautiful perfume.
