Description
Rivendare Tundra (Eau de Parfum) was inspired by the endless, desolate landscapes and their hidden treasures. Few landscapes on Earth are as vast, unforgiving, and captivating as the Siberian tundra. For centuries, explorers, traders, and expeditions have ventured deeper and deeper into this frozen wilderness in search of its rare treasures: valuable furs, rare woods, and above all, the legendary musk deer, whose musk glands were once even more valuable than gold. Across the endless snowfields and beneath the vast northern sky, they carved out routes that eventually stretched from the Ural Mountains to the coast of Alaska. Tundra is an olfactory tribute to this extraordinary landscape and to the resilience of those who withstood its icy embrace.
Tundra opens with crystal-clear juniper berries, menthol, and eucalyptus. Cool and invigorating, it evokes the sensation of taking a deep breath of frosty air as the northern wind sweeps unhindered across the endless white landscape. The freshness is sharp yet pure, capturing the uplifting silence that only extreme cold can create.
As Rivendare Tundra unfolds, black spruce and white thyme emerge like distant coniferous forests rising on the horizon. Their resinous, aromatic character evokes the rugged beauty of nature, conjuring a dark, evergreen silhouette against snow-capped mountains and frozen rivers.
At its core, Tundra softens the wilderness. A luxurious accord of deer musk settles close to the skin, enriched with natural musk and musk mallow. Warm, wool-like, and quietly sensual, it evokes fur-lined garments and the soothing warmth found by the fire after a long journey in the cold.
Tundra is at once rugged and intimate — a portrait of frozen landscapes, enduring courage, and the quiet majesty of the distant North.
