Rogue Perfumery Fiesole 1908 (Extrait de Parfum) is an all-natural, classically masculine perfume that evokes the elegance and richness of classic perfumery through exceptionally fine natural ingredients. Manuel Cross, founder and perfumer of Rogue Perfumery, created it for the brand’s exclusive Reserve collection. A true gentleman’s fragrance, it is not so much a literal recreation of 1908 as it is a olfactory vision of a more elegant, serene era. The perfume, released in 2026, has a deliberately vintage character that is perfectly in harmony with Cross’s philosophy, which draws on historical perfumery while lending it a contemporary, artisanal touch.

The opening of Fiesole 1908 is beautifully bitter and aromatic. Petitgrain and bergamot lend a sparkling citrusy and green leafy tension, while juniper, fennel, and nutmeg bring cool herbs and dry spices to the composition. Fiesole 1908 does not remain a classic cologne but quickly gains depth. Rose, jasmine, and geranium form a richly textured floral heart; their natural complexity lends sophistication rather than overt sweetness. As the fragrance dries down, its true grandeur is revealed: a particularly generous amount of sandalwood forms a creamy, substantial base, accompanied by dry cedar and the shady green character of oakmoss. Amber and musk bring warmth, sensuality, and a soft, animalic radiance, giving the fragrance both momentum and longevity.
