Voice From The Sky First Hug (Eau de Parfum) was nominated for the Best Perfume Prize at the 2023 Golden Osmanthus Awards, held as part of Notes Shanghai.

First Hug is a woody aquatic perfume, inspired by the trust that develops gently, where attraction grows not through haste, but through quiet certainty. There are encounters that arrive without fanfare, yet completely transform everything that follows. Inspired by a first meeting on the shores of Cannes, First Hug captures that delicate boundary that lies between strangers and something far more meaningful. As the sun begins to disappear behind the Mediterranean horizon, the sea exudes a cool, mineral scent, carrying with it those unspoken emotions that need no grand words.

First Hug opens with the refreshing, mineral character of seaweed, immediately evoking the scent of waves meeting the warm stones along the seashore. A smooth cognac accord lends a gentle warmth beneath the marine freshness, while blue chamomile brings a soft, aromatic purity that is both soothing and radiant. Together, they create an ethereal, slightly salty, and naturally elegant atmosphere.

At the heart of Voice From The Sky First Hug, radiant orange blossom unfolds with understated beauty, accompanied by the fresh, green nuances of violet leaf and the meditative radiance of incense. The floral and resinous layers intertwine with sophistication, expressing intimacy without excess and conveying emotions without sentimentality.

In the drydown of First Hug, the refined green depth of galbanum masterfully blends with polished oakwood and the distinctive mineral warmth of ambergris.
