Extra Virgo Monte Kush Extrait de Parfum is an aromatic green tincture celebrating a profusion of life, passion and sensual indulgence. The scent of nature’s herbal healing power distilled into perfume, Monte Kush is an ode to the Castle of Montecucchi, the Florentine residence of the Prince of Limbin. A magical and timeless place where royalty, bohemians, artists and intellectuals have been meeting for generations to celebrate life and our connections with nature and all its fruits.

Extra Virgo Monte Kush is a sophisticated yet ancestral bouquet with a narcotic overtones: balsamic, herbaceous and redolent in sensual notes of rosemary and cannabis (both grown on the estate and extracted through an innovative technique to keep all the natural terpenes alive). The perfume is embraced by Turkish and Damascus rose absolute of the finest provenance and elevated by Omani royal green hojari frankincense and rare vintage Cambodian oud.

“Monte Kush was Inspired by the sensual and ancestral power of Montecucchi, the farm where Extra Virgo founder and creative director Alex Postiglione Prince Ne Min Gy of Limbin was born. Suspended in time, this magical Tuscan villa has always been a crossroads for artists and bohemians. Hidden from the world, it is surrounded by ancient olive groves and enchanted gardens filled with herbs, fragrant roses and rosemary. During summer, at dusk, pure incense resin infuses the air, flowing through the breezy rooms and gardens like slow music, caressing everything it touches and creating a narcotic, aphrodisiac peacefulness. Sublime, humble and sophisticated, Montecucchi is an invitation to love.”

All Extra Virgo perfumes are produced in small batches using only the finest ingredients sourced through extensive research and extreme care. All Extra Virgo perfumes are composed of high grade natural ingredients (70 – 80%). The juice is aged for at least three months before being blended with natural alcohol at a concentration of around 25 – 30%.

After letting the blend cure for a month, the olfactive potions are bottled by hand into Italian crystal bottles and sealed with the brand’s signature black Carrara marble cap, inlaid with the gilded Extra Virgo monogram.
