Filippo Sorcinelli Lentezza Carezza Extrait de Parfum is a zingy citrus scent smoothed out by calming myrrh, sunkissed green grass and creamy musks. Lentezza Carezza is about the desire to recognise and recreate the solitude of a sunny afternoon. The sparkling astringency of bergamot and orange in the opening is contrasted by the fleshy sweetness of prickly pear, while the pale coolness of myrrh allows us to relax into the moment and embrace the humidity.

Lentezza Carezza means slow caress in Italian. The perfume, with its message of taking it easy, seems like a radical repudiation of the world’s hyper tempo pace. Unlike the online mythologies of influencers and their perfect lives, this niche perfume luxuriates in the simplicity of sweet nothingness.
