The opening has the fleeting sharpness of Japanese pine, wet and fragrant after the rain. In the perfume’s heart, Sogni transitions from exterior to interior towards a scene of intimacy and comforting embrace. The woody pine notes delicately contract to bonsai proportions, joining the clean-lined wood and reed notes of traditional tatami mats. The power of Meo Fusciuni Sogni is its celebration of simplicity. A beguiling steaming rice accord wafts its nutritious charm amid this minimalistic setting, a very fitting olfactive representation of finding comfort in everyday ritual.
